What WingWell is

WingWell is a calm, holistic wellbeing companion — for logging your day, seeing gentle nutrition and wellbeing insights, and growing a Living Tree from small acts of care. It is a wellbeing tool, not a medical service.

Who can use it

You must be an adult (18+) to use WingWell. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure.

Your content is yours

What you log stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you across your devices. You can export it any time and ask us to delete it — see the Privacy Notice.

Using it well

• Use WingWell for your own personal wellbeing.
• Don't misuse the service, disrupt it, or try to break its security.
• If you connect with a buddy, be kind — the Forest is for gentle, supportive company.

Paid features

Some true-cost features (the AI free-text nutrition estimation, and the future AI Companion) may require a paid plan. The core — personalized targets, full tracking, history, the Living Tree, dietitian PDF, and backup — stays genuinely useful for free. A self-serve billing flow isn't live yet; until then, access is granted by invitation.

Not medical care

WingWell does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its targets are general references, not a prescription. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions — see the medical disclaimer.

Availability & “as is”

We work hard to keep WingWell calm, correct, and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties. We may update, pause, or change features as the app grows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using WingWell and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. [Jurisdiction detail to be finalized with legal review.]
