Informational, not medical advice
Everything in WingWell — targets, nutrition estimates, suggestions, the Living Tree — is for general information and gentle encouragement. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Where the numbers come from
Your daily targets are computed from well-established public references — Mifflin-St Jeor for energy, NIH Office of Dietary Supplements RDA/AI values for vitamins and minerals, and WHO/CDC guidance — as general reference values for someone of your stated sex, age, height, and activity. They are not a personalized medical prescription, and individual needs vary.
Please talk to a professional
- Consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before making meaningful changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or medication.
- Do not start, stop, or change a medication or prescribed dose based on WingWell. Supplement and medication figures reflect only what you enter.
- If you're pregnant, managing a health condition, or taking medication, get individual advice — general targets may not fit you.
In an emergency
WingWell cannot help in a medical emergency. If you think you may be having one, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
A calm note on big numbers
Some readings can look dramatic — for example a supplement showing a very high percentage of a daily target. That usually reflects a therapeutic or prescribed dose, not an error. WingWell shows it plainly rather than hiding it; it is not second-guessing your doctor.
